“I understand that meeting a stranger and telling them about yourself can be scary. I experienced similar feelings before meeting my own therapist.

To help you grasp an understanding of who I am before we meet, here’s a little bit about me and my therapeutic approach.”

I’m originally from Aotearoa/New Zealand, where I completed a Doctor of Clinical Psychology. Prior to starting my own practice in 2021, I worked across the lifespan in diverse settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and forensics. This is where I learned that I enjoy working with all ages and a broad range of concerns, as I value the diverse skills this gives me.

I am passionate about de-stigmatising therapy and it is my belief that we all deserve and can benefit from having a safe space to feel heard. There is no issue too big, too small, or too peculiar for therapy. It is my aim to provide you with a safe environment to explore your concerns, without fearing judgement.

Each therapist will have their unique approach; I prefer to work in an integrative and holistic manner, taking into account the whole individual and drawing from several evidence-based therapeutic modalities. This means that treatment is uniquely tailored to the needs of each individual I work with, as I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’.

I am supported in practice by clinical supervisors with varying areas of expertise and regularly pursue professional development opportunities to keep up to date with changes in the field of psychology.

My special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals comes from my personal experience as a neurodivergent ‘ADHDer’. By learning about neurodiversity, I have felt how healing it can be to make sense of lifelong difficulties through a more compassionate lens. This has enabled me to embrace these differences, recognise the strengths, and organise my life to best support my needs.

We believe that everyone deserves to have access to mental health support and should be treated with compassion and respect. We aim to create a warm and welcoming environment from your first point of contact.
